BRING YOUR OWN BUMP/BABY FITNESS
Join us for an 8-week movement series designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum. Led by Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer Shannon Eberly, this class focuses on strength, mobility, core and pelvic floor awareness, and helping you feel strong and supported throughout motherhood.
Each session combines safe, effective exercise with practical education to help you better understand your body during pregnancy, recovery, and beyond. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or further along in your motherhood journey, you’ll gain tools to move with confidence, build strength, and connect with a community of moms who understand exactly where you are.
All fitness levels are welcome.
